Shipping & Customs Charges

Due to changes with customs and shipping methods, some of our games may incur charges when being shipped to certain countries.

Below is a list of which games may be subject to customs charges for each region and where the games are shipped from.

When ordering items from our webstore please use the drop down menu to select the correct shipping region.

The United Kingdom

​

All available games will be shipped from within the UK.

No customs charges will be applied to any orders.

The European Union (EU)

​

All available games will ship from within the EU or from the UK using the IOSS system which will cover all customs and duties for recipients in most EU countries.

​

From 1 July 2026, recipients in the below countries may have to pay a €3 duty and/or other fees & duties, as these countries do not currently allow us to pay these duties on their behalf:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia,

The United States (US)

All available games will ship from inside the US and will not have customs charges applied.

Due to the introduction of tariffs we are no longer shipping items from the UK to the US.

Canada

Some games will ship from inside Canada and will not have customs charges applied.

 

All other games will ship from the US or UK.

Customs charges may be applicable on orders sent from the US or UK if the value is above CAN$20.

Where possible we try to ship our games from stock we have remaining with our Australian fulfilment centre. If this is not possible, orders will be shipped from the UK.

No customs charges are due on orders below AU/NZ$1,000.
