Shipping & Customs Charges

Due to changes with customs and shipping methods, some of our games may incur charges when being shipped to certain countries.

Below is a list of which games may be subject to customs charges for each region and where the games are shipped from.

The United Kingdom

All available games will be shipped from within the UK. No customs charges will be applied to any orders. Please check the game's description and title to see if it is currently available in the UK

The European Union (EU)

​

All available games will ship from within the UK using the IOSS system and will not have customs charges applied.

United States.jpg

The United States (US)

​

Most of our games will ship from inside the US and will not have customs charges applied. Some of our games will be shipped from the UK, these will not have customs charges but may take longer to arrive once shipped.
